Your transition into motherhood is my passion
Supporting you in your journey to motherhood, through holistic art therapy
I help my clients transition through pre and post-natal through Holistic Art Therapy.
Studio Bump was born from a deep understanding of the emotional shifts, challenges, and beauty of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. It’s more than just a creative space—it’s a safe space for mamas, a place to release stress, manage anxiety, and acknowledge/ express emotions through the gentle power of art.
But it’s not just about creativity. Studio Bump is about connection. From pregnancy to motherhood, it offers a nurturing community where women can come together, feel supported, and share this wild, wonderful journey with their babies right beside them.
Message from the Founder
Pregnancy was such a transformative time for me—I loved watching my body change and create life. Art became a powerful tool to embrace, celebrate, and enjoy the journey, helping me feel connected to my little girl growing inside me.
Then postpartum hit, and wow—it was a whirlwind. The baby blues, exhaustion, and waves of emotions caught me off guard. I didn’t have a mama village until six weeks in, and suddenly, I was navigating newborn life, learning her cues, adjusting to my new body, and trying to build friendships—all at once.
Through it all, art was my therapy. It gave me space to breathe, to process, and to reconnect with myself in a way that felt natural and healing. That’s why I started Studio Bump—to offer other mamas that same sense of calm, creativity, and connection. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or somewhere in between, this space is here for you.

Yes, art therapy can strengthen the mother-child bond by providing a unique avenue for emotional expression, communication, and shared experiences, fostering deeper understanding and connection.
In a session, we begin with a calming exercise to centre ourselves, followed by guided art activities that encourage self-expression. We’ll use various materials and techniques tailored to your preferences. There’s no judgment or pressure—it’s a space for you to explore and create freely. We may reflect on your artwork together, but it’s always optional.
Absolutely not! Holistic art therapy is about the process, not the outcome. It’s designed for anyone, regardless of their artistic skills, and focuses on self-expression and emotional release rather than creating “perfect” artwork.
While traditional art therapy often involves clinical settings and focuses on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, holistic art therapy emphasizes a whole-person approach. It’s less clinical, focusing on emotional balance, mindfulness, and personal growth in a supportive environment. It does not act as a tool to diagnose mental health conditions.
